Finish Sanding
We have drywall spots in our ceiling that needs to be sanded to make it look smoother. My husband finally finish the sanding today and in the afternoon the ceiling is ready to go for painting. Hopefully we both not feel too lazy to paint. If not we are going to paint the ceiling tomorrow for sure.

Spray for Home Insect
Since we have no snow here in North County San Diego and the weather is a lot warmer than mid-west this season bugs and ants are just all over. I went to home depot yesterday to buy Hot Shot for Home Insect. It's better to be prepared than wait until all the insects are all over your house. This should help especially for dark areas in the house. Michael already spray they exterior part of our house and hopefully this will prevent most of the insect and bugs to get in to our house.

Looking for a Right Paint Color
Since we are planning to removed all the popcorn in the ceiling with the house that we recently bought. We went to Frazee paint to check out some color. We don't want any overwhelming or too dark color in the ceiling of course. So we decided if we wanted the shell white or the shadow white for the ceiling. We compare both of these color and decided to have the shadow white. We don't like the Shell White much because it is more darker than the shadow white.

Tree Removal
I was on the phone today talking with this strange accent person who left an advertisement on my driveway that he specializes in cutting trees. Now, I am not sure if I can trust him to remove these two gigantic trees in my yard because it seems like for me he is weird.
I have to look for a professional arborist who can speak and understand English. I don't have anything against the man, but if I pay someone almost a thousand dollars to remove trees, I want to feel that I can trust the person that he gonna do a good and professional result job.
